Simple Security

Security is a big issue especially with increases in crime. How do I combat crime and feel more secure? One solution is to have a master on/off switch installed in the home that controls power to garage door opener(s). This will allow you to turn off power and prevent unathorized use. Another, would be to have exterior lights on a timer or photosensor allowing automatic operation. Installing a master light switch(s)  in the master bedroom next to the bed allows for simple control in the event of break in. Make sure your address is unobstructed and lighted for the police and EMS response. These along with the obvious security system and common sense awareness of your home make you a less obvious target.
